HISTORY
THE HISTORY of Staeger & Sperling
commenced in 1908 when Mr.Hallbauer
established the Patent Law Firm. Soon
Dr.Bohr and Dr. Fincke joined the team.
During the time of economical ups and
downs in the following decades several
further attorney worked in the office
which had to restart after 1945.
In 1954 the law firm moved to Munich
whereMr.Staeger joined the firm. Munich
was also established as the new seat of
the German Patent and Trademark Office
and the German Federal Patent Court.
The European Patent Office was founded
in the neighbourhood in 1978. Our law
firm is situated in walking distance of the
patent offices which allows an easy and
effective cooperation with the examiners.
